We have been an American Home Shield subcontractor since 2018.  Our objective is to provide you with the quickest response to get your air/heat up and running.

Although we are an independent contractor, all work for AHS customers will proceed following their guidelines:

  • All work must be performed under a work order including recall work during the warranty period.

  • Work orders received as normal dispatch will be dispatched within 48 hours, not including weekends.

  • Work orders received as expedited will be scheduled within 24 hours.

  • AHS is a nationwide company working 24/7.  We are a local company and office hours are M-F, 8 am – 5 pm with service schedules that run 7:30 am - 5 pm M-F.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes, but defined by your American Home Shield contract.  Check your contract or current work order to see what your warranty period is, usually 30-60 days.  If anything goes wrong with the repair during that time, place a recall with AHS who will send us a recall work order and we will put you on the schedule to make additional repairs. Our process to set your recall appointment is the same regardless of if it is a new work order or a recall work order.  Generally, your warranty period doesn’t require a new deductible to be paid, but please check your AHS contract to verify this or speak with an AHS dispatcher about it.
